I have to say that through all the stresses of FD in the last 2.5 years, Gracie has always kept us laughing, which helps immensely. Her daily antics take the "edge" off the sometimes roller coaster ride of FD, especially in the earlier days (we've finally learned it is what it is). This morning, Mike was up early and I slept in (thank you, sweetie) and when I got up, I needed my LBG snuggles. Couldn't find her. Catio? Nope. Lizard watching out the back windows? Nope. Favorite condos? Nope. More detailed search needed...YES! Our office is set up so the back of the computer screen faces the entry door and the computer screen is 27"....plenty big to hide the petite Missy G. So I walked around the end of the desk and there she sat....on the desk, facing the computer screen, seemingly studying her.....Spreadsheet!!!! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: I am not kidding....it was so funny because she had a look of concentration on that little face and was just staring right at all the numbers as if to say mental note to self...they study this all the time....they think they can predict me but I look at it and do it the Gracie way!. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to run to the other end of the house, get the camera, and get back before she had decided she'd absorbed it all. She is now patiently waiting for the dreaded LUPITA and deciding whether it will be a "good" Lupita day or a "bad" Lupita day :twisted:

Lovely cycle for her last night. She reeled me in to thinking she might be getting a touch of NDW but perhaps the rise was end of cycle before she onset. We always test a little more on a dose increase just to see if her pattern changes....it often does. Paws crossed that some of that blue will be :mrgreen: :mrgreen: and those icky yellow nights will be, at least, around 120.

Such nice amps today. Now Gracie, aren't those green colors on you ss pretty. Study it good sweety and don't play any games with the beans. Have a good day on the floaties!

Good thing Gracie didn't figure out how to type ~ I can just see her changing some of her numbers to pretty green ones...

I made the mistake, once, of leaving Ripley's SS up on the computer while I left the room; I came back in time to see her walking across the keyboard ~ I didn't erase what she wrote (on 4/29). I think she was trying to tell me we should put a pool in our yard (something I've been saying to DH for years! Great minds think alike... ;-) :lol: ).

I hope she's having a Good Lupita Day!

And thank GOODNESS for our kitties to provide some comic relief, especially during difficult/emotional/confusing times (wow, I could've kept going with adjectives describing the early FD days... yikes).

Couldn't find one of a bobcat asking for a floatie... or gila monster... or javalina... or snake... :lol:

I hope the exercise of blowing up the pool floats doesn't bring Gracie's numbers too low. :lol:

Yes...today was a GOOD Lupita day. But not such a good Gracie day.

OK...now should I say NDW? YIKES!! Shot an hour early.
 
Silly Gracie checking on her SS. She was probably just making sure you wrote down all of her numbers correctly. Or maybe she was figuring out how to play tetris?! Oh lordy, if our cats knew how to type...they'd have us all thinking it was OTJ Party time for all of them!!! Glad it was a good Lupita day. :-D Ok, Miss Gracie. Time to come down from your NDW shot. Good morning Marje and Gracie,

Thanks for the visit last night and the further explanation on the feeding schedule. I feel so lucky to have people like you on FDMB passing on the knowledge that they've gained.

I had a great time out last night. It was lovely to hear my friends play. I ducked home and tested Ang while they were packing up and then went back out to catch up with them over some supper.

If this number is what comes from studying your spreadsheet Gracie, I think you'd better be kept away!
