SIRI is an approx 12 year-old calico girl.

Diagnosed diabetic since summer 2002.
Currently on Humulin N (6.5 units twice/day) but hoping to change insulins soon. Just started hometesting in September 2004.

She was diagnosed with Chronic Renal Failure in August 2004. She gets sub-q fluids twice/day, injectible Reglan & Tagamet for her tummy, and Aluminum powder in her food to prevent high Phosphorous.

Summer 2004 has been difficult for us.. She's stopped eating on 3 occasions. But she's still in the game; still asking to go outside and appreciate the great (suburban) outdoors.
