After hearing about Paula's possible surgery yesterday I decided there was probably no chance I'd be able to get in to see her so I did my chores at home and ran errands and hung out with Michael and my kitties.

I'll message Darin in a sec to see if he heard anything about Paula yesterday.

One of my kitties, Timone, hung out with Michael in his room yesterday for 2-3 hours. Michael was fascinated by Timone rolling around like a banshee with a catnip toy. Michael actually started talking to Timone. His meow is higher pitched than you would expect for such a big boy. He came within about a foot and a half of Timone and decided that was close enough. Timone had his moments of wanting to get closer but he's a good boy about knowing when not to push an issue, dropping his eyes to the floor if Michael got tense. Heck, the three of us even took a nap on the office floor for about half an hour.....Michael at my feet and Timone in front of my face.

 

Nice number for Michael this morning. It's nice to hear Timone and Michael hung out. I hope Paula's surgery went well.

How cute that Timone hung out with Michael! for a bit. That was a low number for Michael. Wondering if he is hinting for a reducie soon?

 

What a wonderful kitty your Timone is. I hope you'll be able to pass that info along to Paula soon.

You are doing a wonderful job with Michael. Sounds like Michael is really making himself at home there and is starting to make some "cat pals" He will be totally spoiled by the time he has to go back home

Timone sounds like such a sweetheart!! It sounds like everyone is doing very well...wonderful news, and Paula will be happy to know Michael is doing so well!!

 

Nothing like a nap on the floor, especially if there was a sunny spot there. Kitties would just make it perfect.

I wish my two and my mom's cat could get along like yours and Michael are trying to. It's been 4 months and they still hate each other with the fire of a thousand suns. And I must say bless you for taking Michael in.
