Doodles 8/31 Nothing to report but hope to see some blues today. Contemplating on getting Doodles another bath and lion cut. Can't believe how fast his fuzz is growing and it's pretty dense/thick. Last time we went 4 months in between cuts and we're just hitting the 2 month mark from the last one tomorrow Although our temps are coming down it's still hot.

Hope all the kitties surf safely today.

Doodles seems to feel good today which is the first day since the 26. In and out of his box, talking & moving around. I'm keeping him at this dose for a few more days...he needs a break and so do I. He's impossible to regulate.

 

Come on Doodlebug, put your blue swim trunks on!

So happy that he's feeling good... and I'm still convinced that it's a good sign that his hair is growing back so fast!

....which reminds me: I should take a picture of Ivy's little shaved belly. Even her skin is spotted - it's too cute!

Maybe going high before going lower? At least he's feeling good. You mantra should be "Doodles is more than his numbers".

 

He must be reading the boards again and of course living up to his reputation. Doodlebug sure is doing his best to defy any logic or reason, chalk it up to a bad IAA day and hope for better numbers tomorrow, I sure understand how frustrating that must be. Maybe some antibodies died and released their bound up insulin and are now recovering causing the swing?(rookie guess)

 

I did smell insulin on my fingers this morning but really didn't think it was a PFS...maybe it was or maybe not

He "played" with his mousies today and has been more social then he has in days. I'll take that any day.

I know these words would bring comfort when the frustration was like a wall. And, I believe Wendy, you often reminded me. Karen, may you be able to find comfort in the moments that you see Doodles feeling well, despite the number. Not easy......everyone here must know.
