Let's see if I can explain this (I'm not real techy). On the spreadsheet page, hit the green share button in the upper right hand corner. When the next page pops up, click the copy link box. Then go to your signature page and at the end of your info, type in the word Spreadsheet and highlight it by scrolling back over the word but don't hit copy, then go to the paperclip button at the top of the page (not the one with the X thru it) and paste the URL of your spreadsheet which you copied earlier into the URL box and hit insert

I tried that. The only thing is, I want it to say "Tango's spreadsheet" not the actual link because that is too long.

I think I didn't explain it well enough. I walked through adding it again to Disco's signature and it worked for me. I'm working on a Mac so it may be different for a PC

Try pasting this into the signature Tango's Spreadsheet Copy and past the blue words which have the link 'inside'

I copied and pasted it. Are you able to open it when you go in there?

If you want to change the link to read something other than the long string of characters:
    • in your signature, type out what you want to call the spreadsheet link (e.g., Tango's spreadsheet)
    • highlight the name of the spreadsheet. -- the name you just typed.
    • locate the icon that looks like a link (I think it looks like a paperclip -- it's the 7th one from the left)
    • click on the icon and a box will open.
    • you will want to copy and paste the URL location for your spreadsheet into the box
    • click on insert
I hope this was the information you wanted. It's also the way to embed a link in any text where you want to direct us to information.
