Do y’all think I’m okay to increase tonight?

Bernie’s been in the lagoon 3 times on this dose (3.75u), and she’s been at this dose for 16 cycles... somehow, I thought it was less than that - oops!

Do I need to wait for this bounce to clear, or am I okay to bump her up to 4u?

Also, I’ve flipped through quite a few SSs and have noticed that most of y’all’s kitties are under 2u and are very well-regulated. At what point should I start worrying about her continually needing larger doses and consider IAA or acro possibilities?

 

PMPS was 155 mg/dL with a nadir of 136 mg/dL. It wasn’t a full slide cycle, so I increased her - I hope that was the right call

I ran out and got her some extra HC wet (just in case), and, obviouslyyy, had to get the boss some toys - I think she approves.
