Hi Everyone, it's been quite awhile since I've posted. Emma is doing great. She only eats FF and the chicken PureBites. She is taking her glucosamine which made no changes to her BG numbers, thank goodness. :) She is playful, running around, and plays limited chase with the other cat Tony. She often gets the better of him when they play fight. I can't remember seeing her this active.
..........And it's all because of you.... Yes, you! You wonderful people who gave me advice. You, who answered my questions that I'm sure you've answered for others a thousand times. You, who gave me the confidence that I could see her thru this. I can't thank you enough. There are no words I can type that can share my heartfelt feelings that go out to you. Please keep doing what you are doing. Just reading others who have been helped or needed a shoulder to cry on, helps. THANK YOU!!!! :bighug::bighug::bighug:

And now for 1 more question. I would like to post Emma's experience, since her diabetes was "temporary" in that it was the food and a perfect storm of other things inside of 2 weeks which made her condition known to us. ....Should I post her story here or in another forum? Maybe the main one? I want it to give hope to others.

All the love that I can give you, Sue and Emma.:bighug:

So glad to hear all is going well for Emma. I agree with you about this group too - their help was invaluable for me and Max. I would suggest you post in the main forum as this one isn't looked at too much. :(

Also, if you are a member of the FDMB Facebook group, you might want to post Emma's story there too (if you haven't already). There are lots of new members there daily.
