My kitty was diagnosed and put on Prozinc right before Christmas. I have been working with someone on another feline diabetes page. We have not been able to regulate kitty yet. They think that the prozinc could be lasting more than 12 hours. Now are suggesting possibly switching to Lantus. I would like someone to take a look at the spreadsheet and give me their observations and advice. We all want kitty to get better, I just want to make sure I am making the right decisions for him.

    Thanks!

If the doses were lasting more than 12 hours, then you should be seeing low numbers later in the cycle, around +10, +11 and at the pre-shots. I don't see any of that going on.

It's very possible that your cat is dropping lower at night, after that +4 test time. Then bouncing to those high reds in the AM.
It would be worth it (but not very enjoyable) to set an alarm to get you up so you can see when the PM nadir occurs. It's usually in the +4 to +7 time frame, but ECID. And you don't have any PM tests around those times now, except for the +4 tests.
Mix it up a bit, get more random tests in that +4 to +7 time frame.

You might also think about running a curve, where you test every 2 hours, starting from 1 pre-shot to the next pre-shot test. Feed normally.
