Just wanted to say thanks to all the fine folks on this site. It is amazing all the post you follow and all the advice you provide. Several of you no longer even have a diabetic kitty anymore yet you hang in to "pay it forward". We are all very fortunate to have each other. Even for some of the newer members that offer their "two cents". Your "two cents" have been invaluable to me.

Just wish that understanding this disease, and predicting where it will take Susie, would be less complicated. We can put a man on the moon and yet I think there is still so much to learn about taking care of a diabetic cat and keeping them safe - and predictable.

Hi Summer. I’m with you. We gain so much from the wonderful friends we make on this forum. It is frustrating that we can’t predict what our kitty is going to do. It was so easy to get Dolly in to remission the first time when I had no idea what I was doing. This time it’s a challenge. I call all of you “The greatest friends I’ll never meet”. I am so grateful for all the help and love and support from all of you. Have a wonderful day. Hope Susie gets into the blues more on this dose. :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

I'm sorry you are struggling with getting Dolly back in to remission. Like I said, so much of this disease is confusing and unpredictable. We are all so fortunate to have each other. I shudder to think of where our kitties might be without this incredible support.

I'm grateful every single day for this forum. I'd feel so lonely and lost dealing with all of Ruby's health issues, not just her diabetes, without everyone here. So much love, courage and knowledge--it's truly a special place. ❤️❤️❤️

So nice to see Susie climb down from the lemon tree and spend some time on the beach today. I hope she gets to spend some time surfing in healing numbers, at least ones you can manage with confidence. Have a lovely rest of your day, Summer. :bighug:

Stunned that Susie just got a 298 after all this progress. Where did this number come from? This was almost her first "pink" in a while.

Explanations for the "huge" jump would be appreciated tonight.

I have no idea but her PMPS was very high so I wasn't completely stunned with the +2.
