I wound up with two of them because I wanted a kitten but the rescue did not allow me to adopt just one. People said that having two cats is the same amount of work as one--mostly true, but they didn't warn me about the cats getting old and having concurrent medical issues. Still, I'm grateful they have each other. This was the other night:

I hope Ruby's numbers come up a little more Katherine, but what beautiful greens.
I also see that poopy emoji, yeah! I hope Ruby surfs safely tonight .

Hi Katherine, any ideas what brought about her numbers dropping? You definitely got what you were hoping for, those beautiful greens. I think Ruby just wanted to put extra smiles on your face + plus a poop to boot:p. Puts a big smile on my face :joyful: Hope you get a nice low blue or a 90 + to go to sleep to. I agree with mostly true! Now that I have a 14 yr old civvie and 12 yr old diabetic and the last few months theyve been tagging eachother for vet visits...first civvie dental surgery...LM diabetes...then LM again for limp...then just the other day back to vet for civvie UTI!
 
I wish I only had two cats … even if elderly. But I wouldn’t trade any of them for the world.
It looks like Ruby and Olive are doing great. I hope that and Frank are as well

It's been a really expensive year for me as well! I'm not complaining though. These two have been my most steadfast companions, glad to take care of them as they have taken care of me. I know you feel the same way, Rainbow!

Suzanne, I would have a house full of cats if I could! And perhaps a dog! City living isn't conducive to having too many pets though. The kitties are doing great, and the humans are on vacation this week and doing well, too! Hope you're having a wonderful holiday, Suzanne!
