Cmon Bell! We don't like these pinks! Busy week ahead, past dose increases have hit on the 3rd or 4th cycle so I'm really hoping I won't have to deal with low greens tomorrow when I have some in-person meetings I need to attend. But I also really want to get her out of this high zone. She seems a little more lethargic today with these high numbers. One of her eyes is also running, which gets me a little paranoid since that was Neko's only acromegaly symptom for Wendy... Blood test for that is on Tuesday. Always something! Deep breaths :)

Hope all you and your kitties are surfin today.

One thing I love about that picture is that it sums up their relationship. Blair is a big bully but that comes from fear and insecurity. She’s always watching Bell and lashes out because she is afraid (she’s afraid of everything). Bell is super chill and oblivious most of the time to her (unless she is getting pounced on). She just wants to be friendly :p

Wishing you and double trouble good luck!!

I’ve had kitties my entire life and have battled a fair share of medical diagnoses … hyperthyroidism, HCM, pneumonia, FIV, FeLV, FIP, chlamydia, calicivirus, hepatic lipidosis, megacolon, melanoma … and on and on. Minner is my first diabetic. Anyway, I say all this b/c despite the misfortunes, I often have to remind myself that the medical advances available have allowed me to extend many kitty lives and in several cases cure. Even now there are treatments to save kitty lives that weren’t available only a few years ago. I’m probably singing to the choir. Just wanting to send positive thoughts while navigating the course to get Bell figured out!

Hello Seth! I love Bell's pictures ;) and Blair is beautiful as well.
It is such a frustrating disease. you are doing everything you can and there is no guarantee that her numbers will show it. It takes so much patience!
About her eye: in the winter, Bella often has watery eyes, sometimes I clean them with serum. I think in her case it's from the dry heat and dust from the vents.

Hi Seth, sorry you have so much to deal with at the moment. I think we can only do our best and you are doing an amazing job with Bell. I hope the tests bring some clarity and peace of mind soon. Fingers are still crossed for your negotiations today. And of course for sweet Bell to come down to better numbers. Are Bell and Blair sisters? Love that picture. :cat::cat:
