I'm sure Molly enjoyed the MC food. I hope she slides down today. Glad the rain finally stopped.

You're correct...I see that it happens. However it isn't recommended...here's the excerpt from the Yellow Stickies:

Daily Threads & Posting Instructions for this forum:
    • Please use one thread for all your comments and questions you have that day since this forum is so busy. This will keep all pertaining to your cat together everyday.
    • Start your thread with the date, kitty's name, and AMPS
    • Your thread will be bumped to the top of the list when you or anyone else posts on your thread.
    • The 911 prefix in the subject line should only be used for emergencies such as symptomatic hypos, very low numbers (below 30 on a human meter), and/or very sick cats potentially needing ER care. Please remove the 911 as soon as someone has responded and you have received help.

I'm sorry...here's a suggestion - edit your title that you posted this morning. Add the ? mark at the beginning and add to this:
    ? 06/16 Molly AMPS 169 - Help-Need suggestions for dose changes!
you can catch more eyes by using the '?' mark in the beginning.

Molly, good afternoon, dont take it as being picked on, we've all felt that way, we just want to make sure everyone gets the answers they need and sometimes its easier with 1 thread so the other doesnt get lost in the threads, when we all get busy, we may not see the other thread, that's all..dont take it personally. I think Molly looks great, u could always maybe go to a f.5, one more thing, if u put a ? It draws our attention

Hi Adrienne - please don't feel you have to break away from the forum. :bighug:

Any chance you could find a dose between the current 0.1 and the 0.25 unit dose? it would be nice to get rid of those few higher blues she's throwing.

We FINALLY got sunshine here in this part of the province - I hope it goes your way soon too. Everything is so green from the rain. Hint Molly! :D

I just see different ones have three threads going a day. Then I picked on for asking a question. Their own little click just me venting.
Would you happen to have a picture or a sticky with a in between for dose? what would I put in the SS for dose? should I cut back on the MC food too in the evening?

We're suppose to have sunshine tomorrow and rest of the week with warmer temps :)

Newbies often have multiple threads, or sometimes a post related to a second cat. It doesn't bother me, not like you do it all the time.

I always used calipers for those in between doses. If you are using the BD syringes (all we had here), I found there markings inconsistent as to where the zero line was that it could make a huge difference in those smaller doses. One option is to load the syringes to 0.25 units then twist the plunger so a drop comes out, and it's not all the way down to 0.1. You might have to practice with a used syringe and coloured liquid a bit to get a consistent sized drop. You can part it as 0.1F (for fat 0.1) or s0.25 (skinny 0.25) on the spreadsheet.

Is the +3 at night her last food? Is she a grazer? The AM preshots are usually the last to come down. Can't remember if you are feeding a late cycle PM snack.

I’ll try to practice tonight on the dose. I give her a snack at +3 usually a MC where she’s always a little lower in the evening.
