I hope that Alice and Ravan feel better soon! Do you think the runny eyes could just be allergies?

I wish that there was another vet for you close by that you were more comfortable with to address Ravan’s incontinence... do you think there is a possibility that he is just having muscle control issues due to old age? I don’t know if you have Facebook but I read that there are a few support groups on there for incontinent cats. Sending healing vines for dear Alice and Ravan :bighug:

No, it appears to be a virus. Both cats are off their food, Third eyelid up. Alice has had this for 3 weeks Raven got it about a week ago. They both look sick. I did talk to a Tech That worked with my vet & she also feels it's a Virus.

She knows my financial situation & said there's not much you can do with a virus. Just hope kitties immune system kicks in & gets rid of it. Ravan & Alice both have Kidney disease & I'm sure this is making it much harder for them to fight the virus.

My poor Ravan isn't even using the litter box. He leaks urine all the time. He follows me around everywhere. I've never had kitties that had so many things go wrong. These will be my last kitties. I just can't go thru this anymore.

    I'm hoping they get better!

Thank You Amanda ! I always appreciate positive thoughts. Ya never know what might might happen! :)

I've given my cats Hepar Sulphuris Calcareum recently when they were sneezing and had runny eyes. It is a homeopathic medicine that is a natural antibiotic. Just thought I'd mention it in case you want to check it out. I hope they both feel better soon. Sending prayers. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Having and loving cats really can line you up for such heartbreak. I can understand that you wouldn’t go through this again, but they are so lucky to have you! You really fight for them!

hopefully it is just a virus and they both get over it soon! Thinking of you, Alice, and Ravan :bighug:

Thank you Carla. I'll get some tomorrow. I'm always happy to try a Homeopathic remedy!
