    Ok nerves of steel. I'm not sure about shooting but I know it is best for him. God help guide me cause I'm scared.

    Patty I agree with you - if you can't be home to monitor (and THANK YOU for putting the comment about your work hours in the first column) - then it's best to skip. This is a pivotal decision and a lot of people have trouble with it...no one is feeling 'let down'. You hold the syringe, your cat, your choice. And it's best to err on the side of caution. It looks like Teal'c is getting with the program as far as his numbers and you're likely working with a full depot.

    Let's hope that depot is going to take him through the day and you'll come home to a pretty decent number at the end of the day.

    The other way to handle this is to stall, no food, wait 20 minutes to see which way the numbers are going - but the most important thing is that you would need to have the time to stay at home to monitor...and from your note, it appears that is not the case today.

    You're doing a great job with Teal'c and he looks like he's responding.

    Better high for a day than low for a minute. You did the right thing today Patty since you couldn't monitor. Looks like Teal'c is flirting with the idea of a reduction too.

    Dropped his dose to 2.25.
