After climbing over the past few days and a threatened increase, we're back to shooting a falling number. He was 104 15 minutes before shot time and 95 at shot time.

While it was so tempting to give a full dose, we took the fact that we're using a pet meter into consideration and we gave a half unit dose. He had come up to 102 10 minutes later.

With meter variance, those are all probably about the same numbers, but I agree, he seems to be (gently, so far!) coming off a bounce this morning.

    Looking good, Philly!

He ate a bit of FF pate. Will retest in 30 min. I have his favorite kitten chow if I need him to turn around.

52 on an AT2? He needs some HC gravy or Karo.

So much for a gentle bounce-break! Don't rely on the half-dose to rescue him, this is depot and the bounce breaking today it looks like...

I just don't know what he would have bounced from. He didn't have a low or even a big drop before he started going up.

Yeah, I was wondering that too looking at his spreadsheet, my best guess was the afternoon of the 1st, sometime between the yellow at +5 and the blue PMPS, he went lower than usual (on his way back up at PMPS).

He's at 51 so I gave him a bit of SOS gel and some kitten chow. He LOVES kitten chow. He's been running around and purring all morning. The SOS gel brings hom up fast so I'll test again soon.

Ok. We're at 100. I have to get some work done. I'll check again a bit later.

Congrats on the reduction - I hope he holds it this time.

Fast drops can also cause bounces. Last night was a classic bounce breaking cycle.
