Just curious, but are there any new variables at play? New insulin pen, new vial of test strips, different syringes, different food, potential theft of dry or human food, new treats, constipation, sniffles, new or different meds/supplements, etc.?

C’mon Ollie, back down out of the stratosphere please.

I was just mentioning to Elise that it had just dawned on me that I have been using the same insulin for almost 4 months. But syringes are the same. Absolutely NO chance he has stolen any food lately. I did, just yesterday, give him Wellness Pate, but I think that should be fine, and also, duck and sweet potato from Purina “Beyond” which I had also pulled off the good list ,,, no new treats, just Bonito flakes, no additional meds and he has been quite perky and rowdy with his sister lately, so I just don’t know!!
