Today Because I was away for most of Ashfurs cycle I didnt give him his dose. He has eaten Low carb/and raw foods all day. His numbers are still looking good. I realize he still has insulin in his system, so maybe it's not all 100% his body yet.....my question is do I start all over again tonight with his normal dosing?
Is the absolute rule of thumb that he must come off the insulin by getting a low on the lowest dose?
What is in his best interest at this point? I don't want to rush him off of insulin. I also feel like I had to really feed him a ton of MC to keep him stable on that .01 dose, so maybe he is ready.
