It's possible it's new dose wokiness which is seen in cycles 2 or 3 of a new dose.

Here in the Lantus, Levemir, and Biosimilars Insulin Support Group (ISG), we've affectionately dubbed this unexplained phenomenon "New Dose Wonkiness" (NDW).
 
Thank you. When do you know if the dosing method is not good for your cat? Maybe the SLGS was better for her?
 
Why do you think SLGS was better?

A cat's insulin needs go up and down. And with it their numbers. Our job is to follow the numbers and change the dose accordingly. Give her a little more time :-)
 
I'm not sure! I'm afraid I don't test her enough, but don't want to be obsessively "on" her all the time. I'll put my patience pants on :)
