Yah this is a record for him definitely. What do you think @Bandit's Mom? Do you think I should try a dose adjustment to try to get him back to actively earning reductions again? Or leave him be on this 1.75U? I know the TR instructions said that they can remain in this phase 3 for months.......Wow! he has been on this dose more than a month! A record of sorts?!
We don't have a strict feeding routine -- he tends to eat roughly on this schedule: at AMPS, +3ish, +6ish, PMPS, and again at PM+2ish - and PM+4ish...I'm not sure there is much room for an increase with nadirs in the low 60s.
Is there a difference in his feeding schedule in the AM and PM cycles? Does he get food in the second half of the AM cycle and not in the PM one?
I'm wondering whether there is a reason is AMPS is much higher than the PMPS - besides the dawn syndrome.
Thanks @tiffmaxee! Higher lc? Do you mean I should feed him something between lc and mc? He currently eats 3% lc for all his meals - but i could find soemthing that's more like 7%?He is having big drops by +1.5. If you are not doing so already I would feed higher lc at amps.
Yes. Or add a little mc to your lc.Thanks @tiffmaxee! Higher lc? Do you mean I should feed him something between lc and mc? He currently eats 3% lc for all his meals - but i could find soemthing that's more like 7%?
ok we'll try that! should i do the same for his PMPS meal?Yes. Or add a little mc to your lc.
Thanks! We'll give this a shot and hopefully will see some improvement in those PS numbersI’d try it and see if it works.
