You are amazing. Nothing yet. Should hear something later this afternoon.
Interesting enough, she is no longer making frequent trips to the LB and when she does go it's a decent size clump. But we shall see
Well, that’s a good thing. Hopefully, it was much ado about nothing! We love our precious kitties! :cat::cat:

@Suzanne & Darcy vet just called with the results and he said that the twinge of blood was due to bladder inflammation with no infection. He said to watch her and if she starts straining to call and he'll see her right away to see if it's bladder inflammation or an urinary infection. If it's infection antibiotics if inflammation he said he would prefer to go more natural perhaps with d-mannose or something called corn silk tea??? Full Results should be uploaded to my VitusVet app in the next 24 hours so I will screenshot it when it finally comes in.

He also said that there was NO glucose in her urine. First time since dx!!!!!!!!!
Thank you so much to @Wendy&Neko @FrostD @Bandit's Mom @Bron and Sheba (GA) @tiffmaxee @Suzanne & Darcy and everyone else who has given advice (and tons of handholding) thus far and for all those who post the informational stickys and links.
:bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

Vet also said to "not change a thing and keep doing what you're doing".
I found that funny.
PS....more handholding is certainly going to be needed.

Great news no infection. And so good to hear a vet say…’keep doing what you are doing’.
The ‘no glucose in the urine’ means she is below the threshold where the glucose tips over into the urine.
Sounds as if she may have a bit of FLUTD. Sheba had that and avoiding stress is one of the ways of dealing with it.
Also the d-mannose is good and look at Feliway diffuser or collar

Well, I see that I am late to the party after all - I took a few hours off to go shopping and then watch the Preakness with my kids - but I would say that you must have a good vet. The fact that the vet is aware of d-mannose and corn silk tea, which is very helpful in FLUTD - that’s feline lower urinary tract disease - is very promising.

I think we can allow you to take a few hours off!:joyful: Hope it was fun!
