7/19 Bella AMPS 115, +3 90, +6 94, PMPS 109, +3 86

I come up with newer and newer reasons why I don't need to shed 25 lbs. The least I can do is share some of those with Bella! :p

Should I test her at different times to be sure she does not get below 70?
I wanted to give her a 2 units twice a day dose, with no shot if she's under 70. Would you rather go with 2.5? I have short needles syringes with half-units so I could leave those, I'm not good with them (or it was a coincidence that she was higher when I used them, I did not try recently, did not want to jinx her long green and blue period!) but our sitter might be! She said she prefers them, actually.

Let's give this dose another couple of days and take a call on Thursday? You don't want to reduce by 0.5U. It doesn't take very long for glucose toxicity to set in if the dose is too low and she startes seing higher numbers. The good thing is that she is having pretty flat cycles and nadirs in the higher end of the normal range.

The good thing too is that she will test her (starting next Tuesday, there will be no tests from Saturday evening to Monday evening) before giving her insulin, that will give me an idea of how she is doing.
