Thanks Bhooma and Elsie. Hope this time post went to all.
- Haven't been on site much since Tango went into remission back in Oct. He has been doing great until yesterday. We were on vacation for a week. We tested Tango before we left and his BG was 98 - he has been in the 80s/90s while in remission. Yesterday we tested him and BG was 187 - 3 hours later, 196. This morning 316. Our friends came over twice a day, everyday to feed, water and hang with Tango while we were gone. His diet has not changed - all wet food - Almo Nature, FF pate and Weruva. The amount of peeing, drinking water or eating hasn't changed.
I called vet and although the ER vet on staff didn't seem concerned, he said okay to give insulin. Should we wait to see what his BG does, or start giving insulin now? If so, what dose do we give? .25?
Also, around Christmas he started taking Amlodipine (1.25/day) for HBP. Last vet visits BP has been normal.
Spreadsheet is up-to-date.
I'd really appreciate any advice.
Thanks so much!

I'm not sure what I'm doing. I seem to be missing a step on how to post to all. It won't let me post unless I invite participants. I don't remember having to do this last time. I'd really appreciate help. TIA!
