Good luck at the vet today!

Now I have already had a learning moment so early in the day. So Do Lou means "stay awhile"? I'm going to have to say that to my sister-in-law who is from China. I am trying to learn more words in Chinese but I haven't done so well so far.

    Hi Lisa,
I hope that Do Lou's allergies will be easing up soon. Spring is lovely, but it does take its toll with allergies! Thanks for visiting Rusty. He is doing much better and I hope that this pancreatitis thing will be licked and never return.

Nice to hear that you are getting in some good hikes. Have a good day and good luck at the vet.

    Hugs,

    Ella & Rusty

well long......... day anyway just now getting around to posting his in the door number was only 59  jeez pmps 257

Well we were there for over 3 hours with most of that the wait I do love my vets but it was so much easier when I worked there and I just walked in like I owned the place  its so busy and its a no appt practice so its just crazy how long the wait is almost always 2-4 hours. anyhoo the drooler was fine and on to my Do Lou the vet looked at his skin and all his many spots all very small like pea size or much smaller thinks they are more allergy related so going to be more aggressive with pred and sulfur dipping for 2 weeks and was also put on baytril for 2 weeks if no improvement at all then decide if I want to biopsy several which I am sure we will do to make sure he is OK but hoping of course I do not have to put him under anesthesia unless I have to :YMSIGH:

Oh...Do Lou...hoping the aggressive treatment makes the biopsies unnecessary!!

I hope the stepped up treatment helps DL with his allergies. It does sound like a long day, but he's letting you get some rest tonight at least.

Tee hee Do Lou meant stay awhile at the vet today

You have a couple of cool customers there  I was impressed enough that you could take the drooler and Do Lou in the car together but to have him wait at the vet for hours and come home to a 59
