I've been worried about her too.

How are you and Kim doing? Was it bad there? Kim said on FB that your area was getting hammered yesterday.

Hi Everyone, I have just been crying all day today
for 2 reasons....one for getting a chance to talk to Robin today and
knowing that there are so many people who care...
and 2....some of the people I have encountered today has shown so much kindness
and willingness to help, even though I dont know them, has touched me tremendously today
We are safe....glad we dont live near water
but we have no power or water...or gas....but we have a roof over our head
so I am thankful for that.
I miss you all so much and you are all always in my mind....
I have been working non stop - 70 to 80 hours a week, 7 days a week,,,,and no, they do not pay me enough!!!! hopefully 2013 will bring a much calmer life!!
I am hoping that everyone is safe and warm...especially everyone on the east coast,
missing you all, and cant wait until like calms down and I can come back!
(sorry, shakespeare's SS is not that up to date, but better than what Kim used to do!!)
once things get back to normal, I will update.
Wishing you all health and happiness and I will be back soon
(oh I put the Shakes update in Lantus board!)
    Love
    Denise and Shakespeare

I am so glad to hear that you are doing okay, Denise. Sad stories of loss but some lovely stories of people helping others.

I've tried to keep up with all you beloved PZIers on Lantus, and it looks like mostly steady progress. I am glad things are generally better for you all. (But you are sorely missed!)

Stay well and safe and give Shakes some scritches for me.

It was so nice talking to you today and I am so releived that you, your family and Shakes are safe and sound. I know that conditions aren't great right now so if you need anything that we can help with just let us know.

Stay strong, we are sending healing vibes to everyone on the east coast.

  6. Denise!

I posted in your LL thread, and so happy to see you also updated the old gang here.
I will continue to send thoughts and prayers up the coast to you, to Ellen, and to all the folks we don't even know who are living through this nightmare.

Hope you have power and water really soon, but a roof is a nice thing to have too!

    Hugs,
    Carl

Denise, I am so glad to hear all of your family is safe and sound.
Its hard to be without power and gas and I am so thankful you were spared any major damage and none of you were hurt.
The images out of NJ and NY are heartbreaking.
I have been so worried about the feral cat colonies that had shelters and feeding stations on the now gone boardwalk in NJ and have been keeping up through my contacts in Alley Cats Allies Feral Friends network and on FB and am glad to see a lot have returned to their feeding areas.
Keeping all humans and animals displaced during the storm in my thoughts and prayers.

I had been checking this thread to see if you responded. I have been thinking about you and everyone in the Northeast. I feel like we live in Hurricane Alley in NC--- it is so hard to imagine the power of the storms until they hit.

I am so Thankful that you and your family are okay.

I will be Continuing to keep you and everyone hit by Sandy in my thoughts and Prayers.

I must make one comment though........ The Spreadsheet????!!!! I mean really, come one........Saint Sue is being WAY to easy on you and Angela!

    Stay safe!

    Kim!

Hey Denise, how about another update?

Did you get your power back yet? Did you have heat during the second storm?

How are you all doing now?

    Robin

I’m very late to the thread but SO glad you are ok Denise. Was missing you over at LL but I have been not around much either. I have been on the road for work, but hope to be home for awhile now. I’ll try to find your thread over on the other board.
Love and scratchins to Shakes too!

    Hi Everyone!!
    Missing you all so much!!
Power back on now and doing well
Shakes has been a little off the lsat week
but as usual I thinkI have been shooting in the same spot too long, so just switched and getting better numbers again
I am so thankful to have tomorrow off so I can have some down time with my family
still working 70 to 80 hours a week, but hopefully only one and half more months to go
and then I am planning on coming back!
In reading all the posts today, is it true that PZI is gone???
what is going on, guess I have been away too long!
Hope everyone is good out there!
    Miss you!
