    yesterday's condo

Max had a lion cut back when he was diagnosed. As his fur has grown back there are 2 thin patches at the top of each shoulder. I'm curious as to what would cause this; he does position himself when he naps and sleeps with his shoulder against the chair. I think of a baby's head that rubs while on his/her back and creates a bald spot. He has had haircuts before and the hair has always grown back uniformly.

I'm not sure what would cause that, my civvie gets the lion cut a couple times a year, fur grows back ok.
it's possible the constant friction on those areas might cause that, wonder if anyone else has heard of that.

Maximus giving u pretty AMPS today, good to see low blues on him.
    have a good day :)

    Nice AMPS today for Maximus...
not sure about your theory but it does sound very logical...what can you do to change
his position when sleeping? Uh...that's probably a stupid question, eh?
A kitty will sleep as he wants to sleep....and that's that!
