Lots of food math yesterday. Added in s boulardii + MOS - Jax didn't mind it mixed into his food and it would be amazing if the gaba capsules opened as easily as s boulardii ones :p

Happy surfing, kitties :bighug:

Hi. May I ask what you are giving GABA for? I'm just curious because I've never heard of anyone giving this to a cat. I give these to my daughter as it is one of the only things that helps with her daily ice pick headaches (also with added Taurine it works best.) It's the GABA with Vitamin B6 added. So when I saw this I was wondering. :-)

So glad the S. Boulardii didn't get in the way of Jax and his meals. Whew! :joyful:
Keep up the great work with the food math:bighug:. I have food math notes scribbled on every scrap piece of paper I can find:facepalm:. One day I'm going to put it all into a spreadsheet, but today is not that day.

I'm referring to Gabapentin, not Gamma aminobutyric acid. I have just started using it for Jax to reduce anxiety at the vet (he's a feisty one!) - more here on how I'm using it though it's also used for pain and seizures.

lol, he can occasionally be picky when I put meds in his food so I wasn't sure how the s boulardii would go over - I guess the MOS doesn't taste awesome? But nope he didn't care :p

Yes my food math is also a mess...it's in an SS but it's not organized whatsoever...I'll get there...one day...

Okay. Gotcha. I was wondering if you might mean gabapentin. Be careful with that one... but I am sure you are. Good luck

there's still some time to find that lagoon again before dinner, jax. be good :bighug:
I think he took the day off from insulin working. IDK. It was okay, I had errands to get done today. He also got all of his calories back too (a bit extra according to Dr. Lisa). In typical Jax fashion, he likes to be a point or two off from where I'd like him to be (and don't throw meter variance at me lol :p).
