I gave him a Revolution dose yesterday because his ears have been bothering him again. He had bad ear mites and I suspect there may be some flare ups. I don't know how that could be possible because I would have thought once treated it should rid of all the parasites. But since he's been inside occasionally the ears flare up again. He scratches and shakes his head. I do think the revolution makes him feel a little off for a day or two. He didn't have a great appetite this morning, but seems better again this afternoon.
I got a test soon after he at a few bites this morning... 98. Then +4 74, and +7 74.
He does go higher at night when not eating. But the 51 yesterday 3 hours after eating makes me think it's not really safe to give insulin at the moment either.
We'll just keep an eye on how it goes over the next few days.
