Good Morning!!

I have to leave for tbp in 90 minutes. J.D. just dropped 55 points in 53 minutes. He has been getting a f2.50. Do you think a BCS of 2.00 will be okay? I don't want to stall.....should I?

How about another check at 6:15 to see if hes still dropping? Does he feed himself if he goes low?

He doesn't eat as much when he goes low. He's really hungry right now.
He has a strong liver. I just think if I shoot now, I have ...now less than.. 90 minutes to HC or MC or whatever is needed before I leave for the day.

He's at 118. That's 13 points in 15 minutes.

Then I would do the 2 units and give him a +1 and +1.5 test before you go. He'll probably go up after his breakfast.

Thanks Janice. I just went down to clean the litter boxes, and he didn't pee at all last night. So, I'll give him extra extra water with his food.

I shot 10 minutes later and he had dropped another 9 points. But, I BCS'd to 2.00 units. He was drinking water while I was getting the shot ready. He always drinks water when he's going down to this range. He just ate his breffis. And, I now have 60 minutes to observe him before I'm out the door.
I think he just wants me to think of him, while I'm gone.

He had 1/4 can (normal) breffis at AMPS. He is now gobbling down another 1/2 can. Should I put some HC on top?

In other news: not to be outdone by J.D., Ginger has been throwing up all over the house. She is now sequestered in the bathroom with a bowl of dry kibble.

Awww, Dyana... that J.D. sure is something! I agree with you on the bcs dose you gave; I would have done the same thing for sure. Try not to worry today because he'll be fine.

I am supposed to leave in 10 minutes. Should I give him some HC to break this drop? He has eaten 3/4 can of LC so far.

No expert here, but just to wanted to tell you that I would add a little hc gravy if it was me. Not sure if that's good advice or not but I would do it for peace of mind this early in the cycle plus going off to work. Yeah, I'm sure I would.

I'm at work. I bought some 8% and some 10% FF (the Roasted varietes), and didn't know when I'd ever use them. But, I did this morning.
I left out 1 can of the 8% FF and 2 cans of frozen 3% FF, along with his automatic feeder loaded up and set to open at +4 and +6 with more LC.
He should be okay. He has lots of food to eat.

Well, what did you expect? a blue?

We had a nice walk outside, when I got home. He seemed to feel very good, and started to head off around the block, when I only wanted to stroll around the courtyard. He came running in, when I went back and grabbed and shook the freeze dried salmon treats. Then, he didn't want to come back inside.

I shot at +11.5 tonight (again) because of his high BG.
I have been shooting at irregular times.
Sat: AMPS at +12, PMPS at +11.75 because of high BG
Sun: AMPS +12.75 because of low PS (and me over sleeping :roll:), PMPS at +11.5 because of high BG
Mon: AMPS at +12.5 because of low PS and dropping BG, PMPS at +11.5 because of high BG
Is this messing with him, and making his AMPS low? Am I contributing to the roller coaster ride?
