    Sorry to hear you're feeling down - but that AMPS should perk you up! That's beautiful! Oh how I wish Luci could have some starts like that...you are very lucky with that SS! Looking great!

    Cheer up - you have to find your silver lining today - you know there's always one out there!

    Thanks ! Lucis doll baby I’m praying she can go green too . I see she’s in the low blues this morning . That’s great . Yeah those low greens feel strange... so close I got jojo sitting in my lap he loves my wooly blanket he’s milking the cow right now .. lol they are so cute when they do that with there paws . First time I saw a cat do that I laughed so thought it was the cutest thing so did the kids ..

    I'm sorry to hear you aren't doing well. Depression can sneak up on us even in the best of times. I'm not sure if you're going through a hard time or if it's just one of those days where you wake up feeling bad but know that you can always improve upon tomorrow. You just having keeping pushing forward and persevering. I hope you have someone you're able to lean on and speak with even if it's just to vent, sometimes it helps to just have someone to listen to you. I apologize for my rambling but I believe mental health is very important. Try to take a day to yourself when you're able.

    Olive was it you that also uses one drop ? If so can you get them to call me whoever you get ? Everytime I call I get the same person I can never get someone else . The lady I’m talking to is not doing her job . I could give you my phone number in a pms ? Can you help me please ? Thanks I need help

    Sorry, don't use One Drop.

    Maybe if you call and cancel your subscription, someone different will come in as ask.

    Also go on their website and/or Facebook page and write a bad review. Someone will definitely get back to you.

    They cancelled my subscription I paid for the month I couldn’t order and more strips and everything ! Grr this is ridiculous no other contact numbers either

    Hi Tina, I'm sorry you're having so much trouble with the One drop meter. Did they cancel your subscription or did you? Have you tried calling and asking to speak to a manager?

    I use the One drop also and when I received the initial kit, the test strips were way past the best before date. I tried calling a few times but it was over Christmas and didn't get a call back so I emailed them. They called me back, I explained the problem and the lady I spoke to said not to worry as the strips have a long shelf life. I said to her thank you, that's all very nice but I will NOT use strips that are out of date and if that's a problem, I will send back the whole kit and cancel my subscription. She immediately responded that they would send me new strips and they did, a box of 300. So now so far so good, but I haven't tried to order new strips yet. I've played around with the app and it seems to be working well but I only started using it at the end of January so I don't have anywhere near the number of readings yet.

    I reread your post from yesterday, is it the meter that's not working correctly or is it not transferring to the app on your phone? Is it possible your blue tooth is not working correctly on your new phone? I think I read that the meter only saves 300 readings.

    Yes I didn’t realize til sue told me how the meter was suppose to work . I had forgotten I read that it only holds 300 readings also . I import my readings to the app but the test results always stayed in the meter as far as I could see ? I can go way back in the meter . I have never seen them remove off the meter after importing them in the app . So I’m thinking it never worked right to begin with . I got to 700 readings logged in the app then it just started back to 300 . The agent Ariana always tells me when I’m having trouble to reinstall the app ? Maybe I lost readings in the app . I know when you try to sync to the data server it counts up to only 2 percent in my app . I thought it should go up to 100 percent when it’s syncing to the data server ? Then I noticed it wasn’t always pulling my test results into the app I kept calling them to explain but she always said reinstall or it’s ok nothings wrong with it . She made me feel like I was crazy or worrying her but she never took care of anything when I told her all my problems . She even tried to tell me she couldnt replace the kit cause it’s been replaced I’m like what !? I never have had it replaced . I said so is that why you wouldn’t replace my lancet too ? She said yes it’s in my notes we replaced it ? I said no ! But when I first started at one drop I couldn’t order strips the manage your subscription, coach chat , order strips was never in the app she told me I had created two account she need to put in a ticket to have them merged it should resolve it . But I’m wondering since she merged the accounts , not support , she done something wrong merged my account with someone else . I waited 7-9 days to be able to fix my app so she claims she merged them so I didn’t haVe to wait any longer . It may be why her notes in my account says the meter kit was replaced ? She just never called me back or emailed me back and I could tell she never read my emails completely cause I would have a problem she would get things all messed up when I gave her all my information for her to know what order I was talking about . . I had an order of strips just sit for 5 days not get picked up from ups so I emailed her asking why isn’t it went out . Now since I tokd her I promised her I did not get my kit replaced it’s under warranty it needs to be replaced and I emailed later today tell her what I think might be going on since day one why it’s not working right to the app and meter . She said I dnt know if I can replace it ? so I waited no word I called and I emailed... again no word so I kept calling saying I need to have this replace now . Now my subscription just cancelled I didn’t cancel it ? They must have cause now no ones returning my calls or emailing me back no more . I paid for feb I haven’t been able to order strips I told her once this may be why I cnt order strips now unless they restricted me which she says no they didn’t but I said ok then it’s the meter and app Messing me up from ordering strips she said let’s figure out why then . Then she just didn’t do nothing about that issue either . . It’s just been a mess one after the other . Cause she doesn’t do her job . She even wouldn’t let me use my discounts or rewards said there’s no such thing as a reward program . She’dnt even know her job . She’s the only. one who calls me or emails if I do get someone so I thought it was set up like that ? But I’m finding out it’s not ? For such a big company why is it onky one telephone number to contact them no one else to help ? No other way to call to complain ? It was just one problem to the other like a domino effect . When she should have looked into it ? It won’t Bluetooth no more either ! I hope I’m not confussing you cause so much has happened I’m trying to explain in order what was happening .

    They are sending me a new meter ! Yes it was not connecting to the app . I thought at first it was the new phone too I read the iso 13.31 is having some issues with the Bluetooth but this started before the new phone and just got worse . I did all the things Apple said to do to fix it but it still didn’t fix it so I tried on my old phone to it wouldn’t connect anymore . For the last two days I have no test results in the app . I wonder how I’m going to transfer the old test results in the app ? When I receive the new one ? It started slowly doing strange things in the app and the Bluetooth slowly stopped connecting it was on and off connecting . Then it just stopped . When you sync your data to the server does the white bix with the round circle in it go up to 100 percent ? I woukd assume its woukd meaning you completed syncing to the server ? Mine only went up to 2 percent most of the times . A few times I saw it go up higher ti 100 most of the time it stalled at 2 percent ? Should it be going up to 100 ?
