Hopefully get a walk in today for some fresh air. It’s going to be mild here today. Our cold snap is over. Shingles are better today, better than yesterday.

 

Good morning Adrienne! Molly is looking so lovely on her new dose! Question: you moved to 2.75 yesterday morning. PMPS says 3.0? Did you go back up or just a mistake in writing?

Feel better soon, you too. I had shingles 3 times before 44 yo, not fun at all. Rest and take care of yourself.

Yes, that was a mistake in writing. I corrected that thank you for catching that for me .

wow 3 times with shingles . I think maybe there were bad yesterday where I didn’t get much sleep the night before. I think I’ll scrap the walk today and just rest I push myself too much.

Yes, definitely rest! Super important with the shingles. I htink even if not super painful, the exhaustion comes out of nowhere and can really cause it to hang on longer if you're not rested up well.
