02/22 Misty AMPS 356 +7 292 PMPS 342 Dose?

Misty's numbers remain stubbornly high. I just gave her the 6th dose at 2u. Shall I go to 2.25 or 2.5?

Hi Rowena,
I would only go up to 2.25 units in the morning because she is getting some yellow BGs.
Is she still eating OK?
Are you getting a lot of rain too?

Thanks so much. Will do. Yes, Misty is eating ok. She just caught a mouse and ate it - much to my horror. We aren’t getting huge amounts of rain like other places - bits here and there - but enough to keep everything damp. Not enough to stop Misty going out in the wet grass to find mice! She must be feeling ok.

I’m glad Misty is feeling well enough to catch mice! It’s the perfect food for a cat.
We have had torrential rain.

We aren’t getting huge amounts of rain like other places - bits here and there - but enough to keep everything damp. Not enough to stop Misty going out in the wet grass to find mice! She must be feeling ok.

your Misty sounds just like my Maggie. yes, its horrifying... especially when they bring em in the house. Maggie eats all of it mice, chipmunks moles, birds and yes even the occasional snake (but she only just KILLS the snakes for fun and brings em home)..

She did bring it in the house, while it was still alive. Luckily I could grab her with it in her mouth and carry her outside. The worst was one time when she politely came inside and vomited one back up. She does that with lizards too.
