Yesterday overnight, it appeared Butters surfed the 80s. This morning, she is right back where she was yesterday after the fur shot mishap: in the high 90s..skirting around blues.

Today is day four of the food change (no longer feeding equal meals ~every three hours). And cycle two of .5u.

Sooooo, not loving the high 90s but I'll just grab a pair of patience pants from the closet and squeeze myself into them:p.

119 @+5. That's not even a low blue:cool:. And I know @Mariette you had been asking about whether Butters could have a food bump. She does get them, but not usually around the +3 - +5 part of the cycle. She will almost always go lower regardless of food.

So I just cut myself out of the patience pants. They were too tight:rolleyes:.

Maybe she will keep going higher or maybe it will be another inverted cycle. But either way, it could mean a failed reduction, couldn't it? I'm thinking if she keeps going up today or holds flat around the 120ish mark, then I should take her back up to .75u. If she has an inverted cycle. I think I'd give her another cycle to see what happens.

I changed when I feed her and I changed her dose at basically the same time. How do I even know what to attribute the higher numbers to?

Okay....I'll go find another pair of patience pants now:p.

I was actually pretty happy with that cycle yesterday given the partial FS.

I don't scare THAT easily. Usually I'm the one doing the scaring, as you know.
I'll be back to surf the 80s/90s with you soon. I'm deciding whether I want some extra juice or not. It's just so tasty!

I feel ya, Lyla. Hard not to want to go back up seeing blue numbers. Seems like one really needs to be a Zen master to be an FD CG. It doesn’t seem like it would put Butters in any danger if you went up, and if she doesn’t like it you can come right on down again.
 
I wonder if the FS could still be in play on this cycle? If I were you I'd give one more day on the 0.5 to see what the trend is. But I understand your anxiety. You don't want the higher trend to set in and then have to chase it down :nailbiting:

I gave a fur shot the other day too... I wonder if it's harder on us then it is on them
