I rather suspect he might have gone lower than 175 during the day yesterday. If you got home at +10.5 and tested then, you'd know if he was sliding down into PMPS or on his way up.

Yes, perhaps but if you look at PM +6.5 304, it seems unlikely that he slid down during the day. But "unlikely" or even "likely" won't get us a cup of coffee.
