Not a bad start today. We'll see where he'll take us today.
I'm sorry I haven't been too active the last few days. It's been busy with work and sometimes I need to take a break from all this. I really admire all the people that are here every day, and not only post for their own kitty but also comment and post on other people's posts? How do you do it without burning out? I feel bad when I miss few days here and there but at the same time I need a mental break. Even though Nestle is so steady my head is still spinning sometimes.

Don't feel bad Karolina, life is busy and you can only do what you can (or what you feel like - spending time here should not be an obligation) :bighug:
 
We all do our best, Karloina. And we all know the challenge of showing up to life as well as here. Take it easy on yourself :bighug:
I felt the same at first. The big shift for me was last year when I took a part time job. It became impossible to be here every day and I felt bad about it. This forum is is filled with compassionate and non judgmental people and it's such a joy to come back here whenever possible and feel the warmth of open hands.

Totally understand where you're coming from. I wasn't active on this forum for a while even as I started to use the guides here to navigate Niko's diagnosis. It got overwhelming sometimes, so breaks for yourself are important. It's nice to know there is a community here that can support and help you but we all have real life obligations too :) don't sweat it. Love to see Nestle continuing his steady blue and green surfs day in and day out.
 
Take breaks as necessary, Karolina. You've been at this for a while with Nestle. I come to the forum frequently because I'm still learning, and it helps me to read the feedback and to look at others' sheets and progress. It's a fantastic resource no matter how frequently or infrequently we use it.
 
Happy to have you around whenever you're feeling up to it :bighug: I completely understand where you're coming from, it is a lot and I've also taken breaks when needed. We manage as we can! No apologies necessary.
