I have just posted to the SS her kidney panel values from yesterday. I can get more urine data if people feel that the other areas besides glucose and ketones are worth having.
Was SDMA part of the urine panel? Did the urinalysis have USG and protein?
Were only some parameters checked or has the vet not shared the complete results with you?

I have the full report now. There are only trace amounts of protein. I don't see "USG" but I see UBG, which is normal. I've posted everything in the Lab tab of the SS. Thanks for staying tuned.

You said this on yesterday's post
Creatinine: 2.4 ; (1/2024 1.3; 10/24 1.8)
BUN: 28; (10/2024 23)

Hi Karen I'm a little confused
The creatinine was 2.4 for 4/10/2024
Then in parentheses you have 1.3 1/2024 so that was done Jan of this year?
Then 10/24 1.8. Was that 10/24/2023?

Same with the Bun 28 that was 4/10/2024
Then (10/2024) 23 We didn't even get to Oct of 2024
If some of these are from 2023 I would enter them to the lab tabs also
So you can keep track of how much they went up

Just put the date up top like you did for 2024 and put then after the 4/10/2024 date

Look at Tyler's labs and you will see what I mean :cat:

I see them. So no SDMA?

Her phosphorus is on the higher side. You want to switch her to a low carb low phos food. Controlling phosphorus slows the progression of CKD. Look into Weruva foods. They have a large variety of flavours and textures that are both low carb and low phosphorus and they put their nutritional information on their website for every single one! Look at the ME numbers for carbs (under 10%) and the Dry Matter for phosphorus under 1%.

USG is Urine Specific Gravity.

USG range is listed on the labs but you filled in normal , not what Daphne's number was

I didn't know how to show her creatinine scores for Jan. and Oct, so I added the parentheses with that info.
I would like to upload the files but I do not have permission to do that.

There is no value for "USG!" There is UBG and the report simply states "Normal."

This phosphorus info is very helpful! I'll work on this today.

As for her numbers, I wish I could post the report but I don't have permission. I know I've seen something that says "having trouble uploading?" but I do not know where that is. There is no value for USG, but I will call them today and ask about it. There is also nothing called "SDMA." When I did a CheckUp strip at home, USG was as dark as it could be.

Yes, the "Upload a File" function doesn't work. Will you be able to upload it your Google Drive (or some cloud) and share the link?

I just used (wasted) my last AlphaTrak test strip, so now I am going to try to teach myself about the new Relion meter and see if I can get a GC.

OK I remember that Bhooma said when you switch to the Relion human meter she will fix the last 2 color codes on the SS to and she can draw a blank line above the date you start using the Relion .

You will need to add to your signature after you have Alpha Trak / Relion meter as of and put the date, also on your SS do the same up too where you have Alpha Trak
I'll tag her for you
@Bandit's Mom
Thanks Bhooma :bighug::cat:
