What do consistently high and flat curves mean?
From everything I've read on here thus far, if it were bouncing or new dose wonkiness, that usually only lasts up to 6 cycles and then clears. This morning's shot will make cycle 9. So if it's not bouncing or new dose wonkiness, could it just be general glucose toxicity and mean an increase is likely needed again? (after finishing out holding for the week, of course)
She has been eating a lot, I will say. Must be feeling a lot better. That's another issue I will have to tackle at some point, is trying to get her to lose some weight (intentionally, this time). Last I weighed her she was 16.9 pounds. Vet thinks her ideal weight is about 12, which I don't agree with as she's a big-boned girl, but I do think she could do good at 16 or 15 pounds. Not sure how or when to work on the weight since 1) I'm happy she's eating good now after giving me problems before from pancreatitis, and 2) I'm hesitant to restrict food while raising insulin doses and trying to get her regulated. I'd prefer to get her to lose weight through physical activity, but my cat is lazy in general so good luck getting her to play and move around enough to make an impact lol. Any input on managing weight while getting them regulated?

It doesn't look like NDW or bouncing. NDW affects cycle 2 or 3 of a new dose. Bounces take up to 6 cycles to clear. This just looks like she needs to get to a good dose.
Is the dry you are feeding low carb? The wet is LC? Could you clarify that in your Signature? Thanks!

Thanks for the Dr. Lisa link. I'll check that out.
I also updated my signature. She mostly eats the Purina DM dry but sometimes will also eat Friskies pates. Hoping to eventually get her fully transitioned to the wet. I've tried various canned food brands and so far have had the best luck with Friskies. Once in a while she may eat a Fancy Feast pate. If I give her a treat (infrequent), she gets a chicken or salmon PureBite or one of the Fancy Feast Purely Natural treats.

Thanks for updating the Signature :-)

I guess you have been told before (I might have as well!) that the Purina DM dry is high carb? If she is taking her time to transition to wet, you could look at low carb dry foods - Young Again, Dr. Elsey's Clean Protein and Wysong Epigen 90. The removal of carbs from her diet could improve her numbers significantly.

Yes, I've heard the Purina DM dry isn't really the best, even though all the vets claim it is. There's a Purina DM canned version we can try again but when we tried that in the past, she tired of it after a while. The Young Again is a good suggestion; I've heard positive things about it but forgot to look more into it. I'll try to see about ordering some.

Most prescription food is expensive and not great quality for the price. In fact, all Rx food for diabetics is too high in carbs except the DM canned, but many cats hate the taste. Low carb canned is always better than low carb dry though. Canned food provides much needed hydration to cats. They have a low thirst drive and food is their main source of water. YA and Elsey's are good quality low carb foods but they are dry! Both will send you samples if you write them, I think.
