Sending healing prayers to all the kitties and their caretakers that are not feeling their best
:bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

Dolly is high this morning but eating well, more her normal eating self, for the first time in days. My head is clearer than it’s been in weeks, able to get to bed at 11:00pm instead of midnight or 1 am. I believe this was a successful reduction for Dolly even with the high number this morning. I will see how she is the rest of the day. I do worry that this morning is a possible bounce from a low number during the night. She ate her food during the night for the first time in awhile. No idea when she ate and if she ate due to dropping numbers. I would know had I been up, my usual, to see the manner in which she eats. She gobbles her food when numbers are low. I had to get some sleep, making a lot of typos, forgetting a lot. Serious sleep deprivation. Thank goodness I document Dolly’s numbers etc on paper as well. Ordered some freeze dried raw for nighttime so I don’t have to worry about getting up at 3am to refresh her food.

Morning Adrienne so happy to hear that Dolly is eating well and I'm glad to hear you were able to get to bed earlier.She does seen to be doing well on the reduction you did. She is still getting lots of greens so that's good. ,will check back later :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Dolly’s AMPS & PMPS make me a little nervous. She seems okay but maybe needed her pain meds earlier. She just hates getting them like I am assaulting her. I hope this reduction isn’t beginning to fail. I know she will probably have a deep drop next test…or maybe not :confused:

@tiffmaxee @Bandit's Mom
I know I am probably over worrying over her numbers but I always want possible answers to change. She seems perfectly fine. Eating well. Do I want to test anymore tonight? IDK. Sorry to bother either one of you for no reason but I worry?

You needn't test any more tonight. She is flat and high (by her standards).
There is room for increase. You could try a skinny 1.5U (so that would be 1.375U).
Thanks Bhooma. I know I scare easy with Dolly. Unusual numbers for her. Possible partial fur shot we missed. I dropped her insulin twice on bathroom carpet last few days. I guess I’ll call it a night before I lose more sleep and become totally irrational. Thanks. I’ll try a skinny 1.5 or fat 1.25 in the am. Maybe it’s just because as Marje would say ( hope I got that right). Thanks as always for having my back and brain.
