He's still the same behavior-wise and eating well and the water bowl was empty. He's not nauseous. The vet isn't concerned about the increased drinking. The vet is thinking of chlorambucil since the budesonide doesn't seem to be working well for the IBD.

More food arrives Sunday. Hopefully it's a "good" batch. I'm picking up more NV today for civvie. With Leroy eating her food now, I have less than half a bag left

Still no change. All he did was nap all day. He had a good appetite for dinner. I picked up some Savage Cat Raw pouches in rabbit/lamb today at the pet store. Hopefully this will be another food Leroy can eat.

How long has he been on the rabbit? Just wondering if there's any chance he's gone off of it. Mine got tired of rabbit, and actually my vet's IBD kitty did the same.

Seems like chlorambucil is rather big guns. I'd work on getting his pancreatitis episode over first. Cats with IBD and SCL do get pancreatitis periodically. My IBD kitty had an episode last fall. Supportive meds and a change in food seemed to help her. Although she'd been on chlorambucil before when for her SCL, it's in remission now and I'd rather not go back there if I can avoid it.
