he just threw up all his food all over the carpet cuz he ate some grass, then ran to the litter box and pooped...that was fun...at least he uses the litter, he just never ever covers it up...

That's my tell tale sign Mr Kitty doesn't feel good, when he was unregulated forever he never covered it. Same with when he gets sick
