being a big chicken, I think I made the wrong decision to up her dose to 3F IU yesterday morning against Wendys good advice to go for the full 3.25 IU. Binie hasn't seen any blue numbers anymore since two days.

Today I decided to up her dose to 3.25 IU but when I saw the low yellow preshot number tonight, the chicken in my head took over. Now she seems to stay flat yellow for the night. But to stay positive: Looking back a few weeks, I would have celebrated flat low yellow.

The decision would be easier, without having to leave the house on Tuesday for work.

Thank you so much Colleen! Yes, the thyroid might be an issue. We hopefully find out in a few days, when we get lab results. Binie says thank you to handsome Methos and sends nose kisses. With an ocean between them, she feels safe to do so.

Thank you so much for checking on us Cecile! There might be several reasons. I increased the carbs in her wet food from unter 5 % to higher because it helped feeding more wet and less kibble. Also she gets more churus for testing. And I treated her skin where the libre was with coconut oil and allowed her to lick my fingers afterwards, so she got some extra calories by that too. But what Colleen mentioned - her thyroid - might be really an issue. We will find out, because she will give blood on Friday.
