Good AMPS but ended up with a fur shot, really disappointing since I was expecting green today.

Definite fur shot, fur was wet and smelled of insulin. He stopped eating for a second and moved which kind of screwed up my shot. I should've just fed him FF or Friskies from the start since he always sits still and finishes those. He only ate a little bit of the Wellness but doesn't like it much. Ended up giving him Friskies.
If he stays under 300 today I'll be okay with that.

Sorry about the fur shot. Those are always a bummer. Looks like he is already on his way back down now, though!
It took me months of trying for Sasha to actually eat Wellness consistently. The first handful of times I tried it with her, she wasn't a huge fan. Eventually she gave in and now that's all she eats, but it did take lots of attempts. Topping with freeze dried meats at first helped break her in.
My civvie Sweetie on the other hand will eat Wellness without a second thought and has since the beginning. However, she would also probably eat ground up cardboard if it was put in front of her....she just likes to eat. :roll:

Too bad about the fur shot. A pain in the butt when they happen but they happen to everybody. Hope you'll see a good number in the morning.
