I give 5000 mcg per day. Does anyone give 2x per day?
Use the NOW brand of Methyl B-12

Ok, so now with a new shot time - you'll want to be sure to adjust your PM scheduled shot time accordingly. No earlier than 15 minutes prior to the last shot. Shooting too soon in the cycle can act like an increase - so we don't want to rock the boat just now.

Zobaline is 3000 mcg tablet. I think 5000 mcg per day should be more than enough. What really helps with neuropathy though, is bringing their blood sugar down. For some cats neuropathy resolves faster than others.
