Yesterday's Condo

Gabby is VERY happy with her new nanner ("nanner" = LLese for catnip filled banana). She's been rolling around with it clutched to her. She played with the nanner before breakfast, used her scratching post, and then deigned to eat breakfast.

Somewhat OT: Gizmo found the nanner. It's his first real exposure to catnip. There was a serious session of kitten races followed by kitten hiding in the bedding and then kitten chasing the imaginary cat who seems to hide in odd places in the house and who makes kitten jump straight up in the air.

At +3.5 Gabby was 314. Why? Because while I thought I'd confiscated all of the Temptation samples in the box of food from Petfood Direct, I obviously missed one packet. Gizmo found it and shredded the pack and was proudly munching away. I think Gabby may have snagged a few treats, too. Arghhhhh! Bad kitten. Clearly the catnip gave Gizmo the munchies.

:lol: Gizmo! These crazy kitties are so much fun. Buster used to sit in the corner and yowl at the wall (I think my parent's house had ghosts :? ) he hasn't done it since we moved.

oh how funny! Mocha and twix were gifted a nanner from a fellow member on here and they LOVE IT!! I love to toss it for them and they both take off after it and half the time run right over it, turn around and tackle it. It's so funny!

That nanner sounds like fun and Gizmo sounds like even more fun. I just love watching kittens play.

Ah, Gabby. You can't blame her for thinking she hit the jackpot with those Temptations. :smile:

Hahahaha...kitties on Nipnanners....stay tuned for the next feature presentation!!
I bought the nanner, the fish, the cigar, and the lemon filled nip toys for my guys and they just love them, too. Unfortunately, or fortunately (for me, lol) they are a little up in age and a good nip makes them sleepy.
All except for the tempations episode and the higher bg due to that episode, things sound just wonderful in your home!!

Any one have any ideas if this is still the Temptations playing havoc with Gabby's numbers? This kitty hasn't seen any dry food since August at least. I am not amused.

Bad kitten (who was exceptionally proud of himself for having "killed" a bag of Temptations which, as it turns out, is a very dangerous sort of prey. Yeesh.)

Since I have given Moonie temptations to bring her up, Yes it does look like it could be from them--Depending on how much they ate..Did they eat it between +3.5 & +6.5?? Well Gabby was probably rising anyway, so it seems quite possible--those little :twisted: :twisted:

hmmm. does Gabby need... some sort of negative reinforcement? I hate to threaten.

(and yeah. the dry stuff is such a bi**h. it lasts awhile in the system)

Gabby's numbers are coming down.

I can't believe how long it took to clear those Temptations. I don't want Gabby to lose the momentum she's been building. I'm very relieved to see this blue!
