Not sure if I am seeing the Tilly described "high, flat curve" that shows reduction is in order or the numbers that need more insulin.
When I was giving more insulin, I got the 100's shooting to the 300's after eating.
With LESS insulin I am getting 200's to 300's...I like that better as PK is not plummeting then skyrocketing. That has to feel miserable, huh?
I am thinking hold or decrease based on the high flat curve theory and that with this last decrease the sharp drops are gone.
BUT this could as easily be the need for more insulin.
*sigh
Anybody have feedback?
