I cant' believe how carb-sensitive she really is. I do HOPE we get this figured out, sooner rather than later. She is high again today. I'm also noticing she doesn't really have a lot of early peaks - her NADIR is often at +2 and +3, I wonder what this can tell me about my feeding pattern. No ideas at this point.

I recommend checking out Sienne and Gabby (GA)'s spreadsheets. Gabby was an early nadir cat.
That's something I have no experience with myself. Butters nadirs late...often around +12.

Ah hah, Karo + LC food. I understand in such a different way now. I think that is where I am headed, just avoiding the truly MC or HC food altogether, and get a dropper to dispense with a single drop of syrup. Thanks!
