Uh oh. 82 is lowest number I’ve shot. It could partly be that she didn’t eat much today. I usually give her a tuna loin or chicken fillet after her shot and her bfast or dinner pate meal at +1.5 or 2. I went ahead and offered her pate after she ate half of tuna loin. She ate almost all of it. She usually grazes and eats part of 3-4 different pate flavors. I know, I’ve created a monster (spoiled). Will test again at +1 b/c I cannot get past fear that she can have same hourly drop from 82 that she has had from a 200+ number.

I was thinking 0.25 units increase. But she's heading down now, I'd wait to see how low she goes overnight before increasing. In case it's a bounce breaking cycle.

Yes, it’s super stressful for me though. It will take more experience and time under my belt with green. She jumped from 82 to 95 at +1. Even tho the Lisa table says this pate is 2 or 3% carb, the catfooddb website says 9.4% calories from carbs. Still considered low carb but that’s a decent delta.

I am trying really hard NOT to cave and give bisque or MC food if I see a number in 70s like I have done in past. I am just terrified of seeing a number in 50s or lower so its like I’m trying to prevent that. Wendy is right that I need a baseline so I need to grit my teeth and just stay vigilant.

That is quite a delta, that’s interesting, I’m not familiar with that site. I’ll have to do some reading because I’ve been operating by the Lisa’s chart for the pates...

Minner is being 1) a piglet, eating frequently. She’s eating right now. 2) a frenzied wildcat, racing around attacking and carrying her mice prey, diving thru her brown paper, leaping onto furniture.

Play, Eat, Nap …. Repeat

Her +5 was 108 so I assume I don’t need to test again until her morning pre-shot, but I likely will be unable to stop myself. Maybe a valium could stop me.

Even tho everything she has been eating on/off for past 4 hours is less than 10% carbs, I have to believe its influencing the rise from PS 82. We had some up then down now up again.
