You can feed HC before you leave and ask your husband to feed HC/MC every hour depending on his numbers when you aren't there.

You don't need to change your plans if there's someone to feed Ares and he will eat when you're not there.
 
If Ares will eat for hubby I'd start having food for him to put down. LM is so ornery he wont eat for hubby. Though I need to see exactly how he is doing it...putting it down and walking away if LM is in bed wont do it

Ares will eat anything anyone puts down. i have all food cans labeled for carb % and ive showed DH them all. I will be calling him and telling him which number to put out for him...lol
 
+3.5 = 55.
i dont think these 50s are good for him, his leg was super shaky and he does that now that i think about it. when he gets antsy for food when he is low like this, he gets weird.
should i give anything higher than 3%

Since you have to leave at +4, give him some HC now and again at +4. Ask DH to continue to feed him MC for the 2 hours that you are gone.
 
im waiting til he is out of the woods, hubs is still tryin to sleep and getting snippy with me...he stayed up just as long as i did.
I can wait. Aunt just needs some help getting a shower, she has nowhere to go today. so i can get over there whenever.

fed 16% 1tsp mostly gravy and he still begging for more food

Get a +4 and feed some more HC. Can DH feed MC at +5? You might be okay to go for 2 hours if he can.
 
So ya, when he was at low 50s, his eyes galzed over, his 2nd eyelids were showing a lot amd he was really shaky. That scared me. I was guna do like 2 less drop tonight because of that...i will do 2.25..man it was freaky!
