So happy to read this report. Sometimes we forget to look at anything but the numbers. I’m so glad you see the full picture. Have a great day.

That's
Sometimes we forget to look at anything but the numbers
so true... When my Sophie was diagnosed with kidney disease there was a time when we were so caught up in the disease itself that we only started seeing Sophie as KD and not as our sweet baby girl...our cat...our buddy...our joy. It took about 6 months of this when I looked at her one day and said, "You are NOT the disease you are labeled with. You are our Sophie." After that I didn't view her as anything but our sweetie anymore. I didn't let the disease define her. I've reached that point with Olive now. And I hope one day soon I'll get there with Cindy. We had a change of plans with her and I was able to locate a holistic vet 40 minutes from here who are more than anxious to take on her Hyperthyroidism using holistic measures. They've done it before. So that's scheduled for the 27th. They don't offer the same kinds of things the other holistic vet does, like muscle testing, but it sure beats having to triple the drive time and stress on Cindy the whole way there and back. I think this will be a fair trade off. After all, what good is sending her to the best out there if she has a heart attack trying to get there. This is only 40 minutes away verses 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy your evening!
