We got a GREEN surprise this morning with an AMPS = 98. Will wait 15 mins and retest, then feed and give 2.25 units. Any suggestions? His retest was still 98 @ 15mins. I fed him his normal 6% carb food, retested at 30mins and BG=103. This was a tiny food bump, I guess. He did receive his 2.25 units Lantus, and I will monitor closely. I will retest at +1, +2, and +3.

Hi Shiloh! You're doing exactly what I would have done for my own cat...you know the saying...shoot low to stay low :bighug: Looks like Gideon is enjoying the beach for now - hope he surfs safely for you.
