Good morning Staci and Ivy!
Glad that you were able to sleep in bed last night! Good girl, Ivy
Must have been so nice to see her enjoying the sunshine yesterday!
Our weather has been "meh" this week - raining this morning. I know we need water, but I still want the blue sky!
Hope Ivy gets to enjoy some more sun today :cat:
Have a great day, Staci! :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Hi Kit, well, I guess I can be thankful I had the night off and got to sleep in bed. It looks like today is going to be an active cycle with lots of feeding.
She’s dropped a lot in the first three hours, so buckle up for me.

Sorry to hear you’re having very weather. I know we all need the rain. It’s been about a month since we’ve had anything significant here. But a warm day today ahead and blue skies, so I’ll take it while we have it. I know the fall gloomies are coming soon ;)

Hope you have a nice day anyway :bighug::bighug::bighug:

At +3.25 she dropped to 49 on Libre (safe on her handheld meter but still a green)
Fed tsp 12.5% plus drip of karo to try to get her to surf and not keep dropping. But once she’s in a cycle like this it’s a constant feeding cycle :D:D;)

I hope Ivy comes up and surfs a little higher for you.
Thanks, Carla.
Me too.
Tested her at +4.75
She was Lo on Libre but 84 on that Contour meter.
Feeding 1/2 tsp 12.5% around every 1/2 hour with a dot of Karo.
Not doing much to bump her up. She’s on a mission to stay lower in green today:D
Hard to get my work done today with all the feeding
:bighug::bighug:

Oh my goodness. Ivy's really having a lime party!
It must be so stressful for you, Staci :nailbiting:
Hope she comes up a bit - Dark green looks better for your complexation, pretty girl!
Sending you hugs :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Hi Staci,

oh, wow! Good you slept last night, such a stressful day! :nailbiting: Do you know what makes her go so low today? It is quite a few days ago, she was so low for such a long periode of time. Happy the sensor seems not to make problems this time. That's not something which is needed on those days.... I hope she goes a bit more up for shot time, so you don't have to worry.

I hope Ivy enjoyed the sun today. The winter will be long enough to sleep in the jeans section. :cat:

I send you big and warm hugs and hope the rest of the day is less stressful! :bighug::kiss::bighug:

Thanks, Kit, it was a “challenging” day. I’d prefer her slightly higher without feeding every 1/2 hour all day long :blackeye:

Hope you’ve had a good day and have a relaxing night :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Hi Heike, it was a bit stressful today. There were times the sensor stopped reading since she was low. I was afraid we would destroy another sensor
Somehow we made it through though. I’m hoping she has a bit higher night because that was one exhausting day.
And she ate so much extra food I had no idea if she was gonna eat her dinner. Thank goodness she just ate her dinner.
Who knows why today she went so low for such a long period of time? It seems she was safe from what I could tell, but I was feeding her so much that it didn’t really make sense to keep testing her because I was constantly giving her higher carbs.

I hope you and Binie had a more relaxing day than we did and that Binie continues to feel well. Sending you lots of big hugs and wishes for a restful night.

So happy she went up for the shot and she had dinner even after all this feast today! And the sensor is working, wohooo! Hope she gives you a calm night - chances seem to be good. Binie is already snoring (with blue numbers!) and I will also head towards bed now. Have a relaxed evening and a very calm night! :bighug::kiss::bighug:

Hi Staci, I see Ivy kept you busy today. I hope she stays safe tonight so you can sleep in your bed tonight :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:
She sure did. I was her snack servant all day long. She was so good for me she just kept on eating small snacks all day long.
Although she did try to eat my arm when I poked her ears a few times
It’s not looking great for my bed tonight. At the moment I have my pillow and a comfy blanket on that sofa in the basement. Camping out for a change. We will see how it goes in the next hour
Thanks for your good wishes, Diane. We appreciate your checking in on us tonight. Hope you have a relaxing night.
